eClipseWare comes in two editions – Personal or Professional. Essentially,
the personal edition suite is designed for home use – for individuals
who wish to convert their documents to DTBs for their own pleasure, NOT
for distribution. First, the
personal edition of eClipseWriter does not contain the Abbyy®
Fine Reader OCR engine. Second,
the DNA produced by eClipseWriter Personal Ed cannot be used for
distribution. And the third
difference is regarding audio file format production.
The professional edition can produce audio files in most all common
formats, including MP3, and all the DAISY formats, while the personal
edition is much more limited. For
